[Guide] Upgrading Ace to KitKat 4.4.4

Before doing anything wrong while installing this rom to your phone, make sure that you have the following items in your hand.

• Do you have a PC/Laptop ? 
• Do you have Samsung Drivers ? Find out it from here...
• Do you have the USB Cable for your phone? 
• Do you have STOCK FIRMWARE for your region ? Find out it from here...
• Do you have Odin? Find out it from here...
• Do you have ClockWorkMod Recover (CWM 5.x) ? Get it from here...
• Do you Backup your Contacts, Apps & Messages or A Full Backup?
• All the above tools are ready? Then Read ROM Flashing Instructions carefully...
• Now proceed to ROM Download and Flashing !

Emoji+Malayalam.Support+AdBlock.zip (Dev-Host, 653 KB)

  

 

This is the patch file for Emoji Symbols, Adblock, Malayalam Language Support.

Flash it via CWM 6.x

• You have to download the above specified zip files.
• Copy them to your phone's SD Card.
• Turn off your phone
• Go to recovery mode (ClockWork Recovery) (Home screen button + Power button)
• If you are on Stock Recovery, You've to flash CWM 5.x before installing this ROM.
• We appreciate to BACKUP your Current ROM before moving to next step
• Select install zip from sd and select the CWM Advanced Edition 6 zip file & Confirm the action
• Go to Advanced >> Reboot Recovery
• Now you are on CWM Advaced Edition 6 by PhilZ
• Wipe Data/Factory Reset >> Clean to Install a New ROM >> Confirm the action
• Install Zip >> Choose zip from /storage/sdcard0 >> Select the ROM zip file >> Confirm the action
• Back to Recovery main menu >> Reboot System Now.
• Now you are successfully rebooted to KitKat. The First boot will take about 4-5 minutes. So wait until you'll see 'Welcome'
• Go to Settings >> About phone >> Build number
  
    

  
  
• Tap 4-5 times there, and you'll enable Developer Options
• Back to Settings main menu and Go to Developer options >> Check 'Advanced reboot'
  
    

  
  
• Long Press Power Button to Power menu >> Choose Reboot >> Recovery
  
    

  
  
• Now you're again on CWM 6
• Install Zip >> Choose zip from /storage/sdcard0 >> Select the GApps zip file >> Confirm the action
• Back to Recovery main menu >> Reboot System Now.
• Please wait until Android is upgrading...
• Now Taste the KitKat!
