[GB 2.3.6] Base ROM 2.3.6 Cooper ~ Make your own ROM! Freely!



This is for promoting development of roms for this device. It's mainly intended for newcomers/Newbies. Read Instructions carefully before trying anything wrong. You need to use SEARCH in xda for understanding ROM structure and modding. I've included several links for modding. You can ask your doubts to corresponding devs & also to me. I'll try my best to help you.

  • No Need of seeking permission from me.
  • Edit and share anything you want.
  • It would be appreciated to include my name in your ROM credits; if you would like to do so... I'll not insist/complain regarding theMISSING CREDITS.
  • Do not include PAID Apps (Called Warez in xda) in your ROM. It's against xda rules.
  • If you include Mods/Guides from other users; seek permission and give proper credits to them...
  • Don't use ad/paid shorten links for downloading rom. Use Direct Link from hosted site.
  • Recommended File Hosting Sites: Dev-Host, Google Drive, MediaFire
  • Recommended URL Shortening without ads: Google URL Shortener
  • Give Some Screens of your own cooked rom.
  • Recommended Image Hosting: Minus - Share simply!
  • Test your ROM before publishing!

  • Always back to Stock firmware via odin before installing any Custom ROM. This will avoid freezing at boot logo.
  • You have to download the ROM zip file.
  • Copy it to your phone's SD Card.
  • Turn off your phone
  • Go to recovery mode (ClockWork Recovery) (Home screen button + Power button)
  • If you are on Stock Recovery, You've to flash CWM 5.x before installing this ROM.
  • We appreciate to BACKUP your Current ROM before moving to next step
  • Select wipe data / reset and Confirm the action
  • Select wipe cache partition and Confirm the action
  • Select install zip from sd and select the rom zip file & Confirm the action
  • Enjoy!
